Rotoract Club of Casper Scholarship

The Rotoract Club of Casper, Casper Young Professionals Network (CYPN) Scholarship will be awarded to two incoming freshmen or returning full-time Casper College students. The recipients must be Wyoming residents, and priority will be given to Casper residents.  Applicants must be active volunteers or involved in community groups, and they must possess and continue to seek leadership skills.
