This scholarship is available to Casper College students who are majoring in Human Services or Health Care. Applicants can be part-time but must be taking at least six credit hours. Preference will be given to those applicants whose families have association with Rebekah Lodge or Odd Fellows. A three paragraph essay describing the applicant’s goals and career aspirations is required.
