Paulina Hayes Scholarship

This scholarship, created in 2009, will benefit non-traditional Wyoming females over the age of 18 who plan to attend a Wyoming institute of higher learning. A non-traditional femal is defined as follows:

1. She did not attend an institution of higher learning immediately after high school (but may be currently enrolled) -OR-
2. She did not attend an institution of higher learning immediately after obtaining a GED -OR-
3. She, for any reason, left an institution of higher learning before receiving a diploma or certification from said institution.

The number and amounts of the scholarships available will be determined on a yearly basis and will be awarded on the basis of scholastic ability, financial need, and leadership qualities.
