This scholarship is available to sophomore Casper College Nursing students. Applicants must be accepted to the Nursing program. Applicants must also be Wyoming residents and demonstrate need. A three paragraph essay describing the applicant’s goals, career aspirations and need is required. This is a Fall Semester only award.
