The Lyle J. Neiberger Scholarship will be awarded to a Casper College student who is working toward a degree or certificate in one of the Trades and Technology programs. To be eligible for the scholarship, the student needs to be taking at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time student), be a Wyoming resident and have financial need. This scholarship is awarded for two semesters. In order to receive the award for the spring semester, the student must have obtained at least a 2.0 GPA for the fall semester.
