The Jacob Kennedy – Emily Milliken Scholarship will be awarded to one Natrona County High School graduating senior and one Kelly Walsh High School graduating senior that plans to attend Casper College full-time (at least twelve credits per semester). Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 and be eligible for the Hathaway Scholarship. There is no stipulation regarding major, only that the student be committed to making reasonable progress toward the degree they are seeking. In addition, the applicant needs to attach a one page essay describing his or her academic and career goals.
