The Dale and Marguerite Hamlet Scholarship will be awarded to a Casper College student that will be carrying at least 12 credit hours. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 to be considered. There is no stipulation regarding major, however, the student be committed to making reasonable progress toward the degree he or she is seeking. Need is a consideration. Applicants must write a three paragraph statement that addresses their educational goals and objectives.
