The Carmen Fairservis Scholarship will be awarded to a Casper College student who will be carrying at least 12 credit hours per semester (full-time student). Applicants must be high school graduates and Wyoming residents. They must also be hoping to quickly earn either a certificate or an Associate's degree so that they can obtain a job immediately after graduation and move on from college as career-focused individuals. Applicants must have and maintain a 2.0 GPA while attending Casper College. There is no stipulation regarding major, but the student must be committed to making speedy progress toward the degree he or she is seeking.
