The Casper Service League Scholarship will be awarded to an incoming degree-seeking, full-time freshman female student from Kelly Walsh High School or Natrona County High School. Applicant can be either traditional or non-traditional. Need will be a factor, and therefore, each applicant will be asked to submit a statement addressing need for the scholarship. The student must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 in order to receive the scholarship for both fall and spring semesters.
