The Jeanette Carroll Scholarship will be awarded to a non-traditional Casper College Student for two semesters. The applicant must be non-traditional, have children, and be a full-time student (12 credit hours). A major criterion is that the student has significant financial need. There is no stipulation regarding major. To be eligible to receive the scholarship for the spring semester, the recipient needs to have earned a 2.5 GPA during the fall semester.
