The Fred and Joan Carr Nursing Scholarship will be awarded to a full-time Casper College Nursing student. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50 and be accepted into the Casper College Nursing Program to be considered for the scholarship. Need will be a factor, therefore, each applicant will be asked to submit a statement addressing need for the scholarship in regards to attending college. In addition, applicants must state what academic goals and aspirations they are pursuing.
