The Casper College Visual Arts Department offers intense, quality Associate of Arts and Associate of Fine Arts degrees; graduates are well-qualified to continue in their chosen disciplines. The Department is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art and Design with the success of the student as its goal.

The specific mission of the Visual Arts Department is to provide a high quality visual arts education based on a foundation of both traditional and contemporary practices and ideas.

Graduates of the Visual Arts Department will have a basic understanding of drawing, two and three-dimensional design, two and three-dimensional media, and the history of art from prehistoric to contemporary trends.
