Casper College Cultural Dinners presents
DinnerFRENCH DINNER
• Thursday, September 25, 2014
• 5 to 6:30 p.m.
• Tobin Dining Hall, Student Center, first floor

  • Menu highlights include:
    • Brioche Bread : a traditional favorite made of butter and eggs.
    • Nicoise Salad : Mixed Greens tossed with capers, roasted red pepper, hard boiled egg and tuna and with a creamy vinaigrette.
      (vegetarian and gluten free)
    • Vichyssoise : A Potato and Leek soup that is to die for!
      (Will be vegetarian and Gluten Free)
    • Tapenade Baked Chicken : Skin on Airline breast baked with a Black Olive Tapenade & herbs.
      (gluten free)
    • Vegetable Tian : Potato, zucchini and squash layered with spices and parmesan cheese.
      (vegetarian and gluten free)
    • Potato Gratin : Thinly sliced potatoes layered with cream, garlic, spices, cheese and a crust of bread crumbs.
      (vegetarian)
    • Crème Brulee : will be served individually in a pastry tart shell and have the caramelized sugar on top with fresh berries to accompany this dessert.

Dinner served to the public from 5:00 pm-6:30 p.m.
Location: Casper College Union -- Tobin Dining Hall

Cost:
$12.00 plus tax in advance
   (deadline is the Friday before each dinner)
$13.75 plus tax at the door
Ages 7-12 – 8.75 plus tax
Ages 0-6 - Free
Ticket package for all 4 meals will be $45 + tax for adults and $35.00 + tax for children ages 7-12, available Sept. 2-19.
Tickets may be purchased at the Casper College Accounting/Cashier (8 am-4:45 pm) and Gateway Café (7:30 am-3 pm), both located on the 3rd Floor of the Gateway Building, as well as at Tobin Dining Hall in the Union during regular meal times. Cash is accepted at all locations, and credit cards and checks at the cafeteria and cafe.

Because dinners often sell out, advanced ticket purchases are highly encouraged.
