  • ASSE Cross Connection Recertification
    This class is for people who want to renew their American Society of Sanitary Engineers tester license. To be recertified
    you must pass a written exam and perform a hands-on exam on a double check and reduced pressure assembly. The cost
    includes the ASSE recertification fee of $65. This class is funded by the Region VIII EPA Office of Drinking Water.

  • ASSE Cross Connection Tester Certification
    This exam preparation class for the American Society of Sanitary Engineers backflow tester’s certification covers
    hydraulic principles, test gauges, parts and terminology, applications and installations, test procedures, troubleshooting,
    and test failures and causes. You must document five years of plumbing or drinking water industry experience on the
    application that we will send to you after you register for the class. The cost includes the textbook and the ASSE exam
    ($110). Retake exams cost $80. This class is funded by the Region VIII EPA Office of Drinking Water.

  • Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP)
    The National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) developed the Pipeline Assessment Certification
    Program (PACP) as the North American standard for pipeline condition assessment. This program provides standardization
    and consistency to the methods in which pipeline conditions are evaluated and managed. The goal of PACP is to allow users
    to create a comprehensive database to use to properly identify, plan, prioritize, manage, and rehabilitate pipelines based on
    condition evaluation. Participants will learn the reasons for and value of inspection standardization, proper inspection
    methodology, and the codes used to identify defects and features during pipeline inspections. Participants will receive a
    three-year PACP certification upon successful completion of the course and certification exam. The cost of the class includes the
    required NASSCO PACP manuals. This class is funded by the Region VIII EPA Office of Drinking Water.

    This class explains the need to inspect and document the location and condition of storm water and sanitary sewer
