WWQ & PCA Don Hudson Memorial Scholarship

Application

WWQ and PCA Don Hudson Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship, valued at $350, is available to students or operators who wish to take a credit class at Casper College that is listed in the Water Quality Technology curriculum. Eligible applicants must be residents of Wyoming and a currently certified Wyoming operator. Applications are due by January 20, 2012, and will be awarded for the spring 2012 semester. Two scholarships may be granted. The scholarships will be awarded after the student registers for the class. For an application call Bill Mixer at 800-442-2963 x2670 or email him at wmixer@caspercollege.edu.

Don Hudson was the first executive director of the Wyoming Water Quality (WWQ) and Pollution Control Association (PCA). Don was a strong proponent of operator education. He obtained his college education by working during the days and going to school at night. It was because of his belief in education and operator training that the WWQ/PCA honored Don by naming this award for him upon his passing.
