Doug Hall comes to Casper College from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, Illinois where he earned a Master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication. His focus in the discipline has primarily been in Forensics, communication in romantic relationships, and Computer Mediated Communication. Doug completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Springfield, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Theatre Arts. Before attending U of I, Doug received an Associates in Arts from Southeastern Illinois College in Harrisburg, Illinois where he was a National Champion in Speech and Debate.
Doug teaches classes in Interpersonal Communication and Public Speaking, as well as other specialty Communication areas. He has also assumed the duties of Director of the Forensics program at the college. Doug believes that community colleges play an important role in the American educational system, and is excited to be teaching such great students at the most important time in their advanced education.
