I started teaching nursing in 2000. During that time I took students to a variety of clinical sites including: labor and delivery, postpartum, and the newborn nursery; long term care; surgical; the progressive care unit; and finally to rehabilitation. Currently, I function as a substitute for many areas of the program, since assuming the role of program director in July of 2010. I earned my MS from the University of Wyoming in 2005 and am currently pursuing a PhD. I hold the following certifications and memberships:
