A 1981 graduate of the University of Wyoming College of Law, Mr. Chapin practices commercial and transactional, municipal, estate planning and health care law.

As a member of the Board of Trustees for Casper College and the attorney for the Town of Bar Nunn, he is well-versed in local government law. He is currently a Municipal Judge for the City of Casper and a Natrona County Circuit Court Magistrate. He is a former Chairman of the Wyoming State Board of Professional Responsibility, as well as the Client Security Fund, and has been a member of various other Wyoming State Bar committees.
