The Museum provides quality education experiences for students and the general public.  Thousands of people from all 50 states and 35 foreign countries have toured the museum since its first full year in 1971.

Casper College students in biology, ornithology, mammalogy and a variety of other courses also utilize the museum to enhance their studies.

Wyoming is famous for its abundant and diverse vertebrate wildlife, thus the focus of the Werner Wildlife Museum is on wildlife indigenous to Wyoming.  However, displays include numerous other specimens from North America, Asia, Malaysia, Africa, Europe and other locations around the world.

Monday - Friday - 10am-4pm

Tours are not limited to open hours.
