A Casper College student has several options for paying for tuition, fees and room and board.
You may:

1. Pay upon registration through one of the methods listed below
2. Pay by the payment deadline
3. Payment Plan Option (an installment payment plan) - click Payment Plans.

Casper College accepts the following methods of payment:

• Cash
• Cashier's Check/Money Order
• Credit Card (VISA,  MC, Discover)
• Personal Check (payable to Casper College)

By Web - Go to WebAdvisor and follow the instructions. You will need your WebAdvisor Login and Password. If you do not know (or have not received) your login and password information, please contact the Enrollment Services Office, (307) 268-2323, who will be happy to help you with that.

The full amount of tuition and fees will be charged to the credit card and will be subject Casper College refund policies. Be sure to print your payment confirmation.

By Telephone - For credit card payments, call 307-268-2622 or 307-268-2244 and an Accounting and Financial Management office cashier will assist you.

In Person - Pay at the Accounting and Financial Management office.

By Mail - Payments must be postmarked before the payment deadline. (See Payment Deadlines). Mail check or money order for the full amount to:
