Mission
The Casper College Alumni Association is a growing network of former Casper College alumni, honorary and associate members sharing the desire to promote Casper College as the pre-eminent community college in the country by promoting awareness and appreciation for Casper College, increasing the ability to provide financial resources to Casper College and its greater community, improving connectivity with alumni and other stake holders, and improving the Casper College campus environment.

Stay connected. All current students, past students, and friends are encouraged to notify the Casper College Alumni Association of their current address. We add new names and update addresses in order to get Casper College information to you. E-mail or call the Alumni Office and include your name, address, any information about yourself you would share, plus your years of attendance or graduation date.

The Casper College Alumni Association is a growing and vital part of the campus community. In 1989, the association was officially chartered and a constitution and bylaws was adopted. Currently, more than 20,000 names are on the college’s former student contact list. Twice each year, alumni receive an edition of Footprints, the alumni news magazine. The magazine is also available electronically via this website. Alumni have worked to establish an endowment fund for future projects and scholarships, and oversee several scholarships. Each year the annual Alumni and Friends banquet honors distinguished alumni and commitment to excellence recipients. In addition, the alumni board hosts an annual chili feed at Homecoming, hands out doughnuts on the first day of classes, sponsors a holiday reception for students and staff, and presents each graduate with a gift at commencement rehearsal. The Krampert Theatre Lobby was named the Alumni Lobby in recognition of a $100,000 gift from alumni and a plaque has been erected listing all donor names. Also, the alumni association played a significant role in the college’s 50th anniversary celebration spearheading the “Spirit of the Thunderbird” project, which resulted in the 15-foot tall Chris Navarro bronze on the front campus, which has become a symbol for the college.

An annual fundraiser is held to enable the alumni association to provide assistance to future students and to support extra-curricular activities and college projects. In 2002 the alumni association board pledged $100,000 to the Krampert Theatre addition/renovation project. For this donation the new Krampert Theatre Lobby was named the Alumni Lobby and a plaque has been erected listing all donor names. The 2005-2009 fundraiser campaigns have focused on state matching funds set aside by the Wyoming . Many donations given during this period double in value and enable the colleges to remain strong in the future. Click here to donate via our secure website. We’ll put your dollars to work helping Casper College and its students. It’s tax deductible!
